FIT CHALLENGE DAY ONE.

So, things didn't start out exactly as planned. I woke up late, and this meant scrounging for breakfast. Instead of following the recommended meal plans for the day, I grabbed what I could.

Breakfast: A grilled cheese sandwich, a cup of tomato soup, and a glass of water.

Lunch: Water, and a chocolate truffle.

Dinner: French fries, and two microwave chicken cordon bleus.

I forgot to take my multi-vitamins, and took a shot of noni when I got home for work.

This day was a strike in my book. I didn't follow any meal plans, I forgot to take my cleanse drink to work, and over all today was just a bust. I didn't do anything right, from my diet to exercising. It is easy to loose focus of what you are doing, and I got my first taste of that today. What I have to do is be better tomorrow. I will admit to being frustrated, but I am the only one I hurt today. It was so simple to stray from the path and just eat what was there, what was readily available. It is my decision to change my life, or to stick to what I have been doing, and keep repeating the same mistakes over and over. Tomorrow is another day, and I will make sure to wake up at a reasonable hour, pack a lunch, and bring small snacks I can munch on, so I won't take the easy way out and buy junk and eat that from the vending machines.

As for my picture, you will have to wait on that, my camera is having technical difficulties. I will get that up as soon as possible!

Before I start with day one of my Fit Regime, I should actually introduce myself. I am a twenty one year old working girl, who spends her free time reading, writing, and watching shows. I work odd hours, so I will be posting at odd hours. For example, today I will be posting Day One on the fit regime, but technically I will be talking about yesterday. I will try to get on here and post earlier in the day, but I cannot make any promises. I am a bit of a night owl by nature, so these posts will be very erratic.

This post is going to be all about THE FIT CHALLENGE. All of this information came off of the TNI website.

What is the Fit Challenge?
The Fit Challenge is a 90-day program that is designed to help you get maximum results. It's a great way to kick off your Fit Program, helps you stay motivated and track your results, and gives you the chance to win great prizes. Best of all, there's absolutely no risk to you. If you don't see results, you get your money back no questions asked.
What Can I Win?
Cash, cruises, and iPads are just a few of the prizes that will be awarded to each Fit Challenge monthly winner. In addition, two semi-annual grand prizes will be awarded to one man, one woman, and one Fit Challenge Group of four respectively.
Even if you don't win the Fit Challenge monthly contest, stick with your Fit program because you're still in the running for other great prizes, including the year-end grand prize-a brand new Honda Fit.
How do I get started?
First, create an account, enter your personal stats, and submit a "before" photo. At the end of the 90 days, you'll enter your final stats and submit an "after" photo. You must also order three 30-day packs (any combination of Complete, Starter or Cleanse Pack-as long as you purchase a total of three). This will automatically enter you into the next Fit Challenge Monthly Contest.
Submit Photos
Because winners are selected based on greatest overall change in body composition, your photos are key in proving how far you've come.

Essentially what I am going to be doing is entering the fit challenge. I have made the first step in changing my life, purchasing the fit program. I have been staring at a full box of product for a while now. I have made different excuses for not starting yet, but I feel like now is the time to start. I have gotten more or less settled in my work schedule, I really have no excuse to delay any further. My aim is to take a photo of myself everyday, so by the end of the 90 day challenge, I can see exactly where I started.

I have had the idea of this blog for a while. I have been starting a new fitness regime for ages now. But I am finally going to bite the bullet and actually do it. January has passed without a single change in my lifestyle choices, and now the end of February is nigh. There is nothing holding me back but myself. What this will be is a record of my successes, and my failures. This will be a log of the challenges of changing myself, and making my life balanced.

Yes, this is going to be a fitness and wellness blog. I am going to record everything that goes into my mouth, and every exercise that makes me sweat. I will be posting any recipes I find along the way, as well as hints. Heck, I might even post workouts that I found useful. There is nothing more solid that posting that information up on the internet, and seeing that definite black text. Instead of keeping a journal, which I would probably just toss aside, or lose, I will list everything here. Who knows, maybe my trials and errors will help someone else out there. There is only one way to find out, and that is by taking the next step.
